What is your processing time?
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the product. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the design's complexity.
Do you offer local pickup?
Normally, we don't, but it depends on the items ordered. However, we do ship nationwide.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order goes out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can be made within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production review may have already started.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of handcrafted and custom products, all sales are final. If there is a mistake on our end, we will correct it immediately.

How do I submit a custom order?
Fill out the Custom Order Form on our website and include all requested details: design notes, colors, deadlines, and quantity.
Will I receive a design proof?
Yes. You will receive a mockup for approval before production begins.
Can you rush my custom order?
Rush availability depends on current order volume. Select “Rush Order” on your form to request it.
What types of custom products do you offer?
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tumblers, mugs, and select accessories.
What file types can I upload for artwork?
High-resolution PNG or SVG files are best. If you don’t have artwork, include your idea in the description — we can create it for you.
Do you charge extra for custom designs?
Design fees may apply depending on complexity. You'll be notified before any charges.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders take 7–14 business days after you approve the design. Bulk orders may take longer.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Select “Business” on the order form to access wholesale pricing and extended options.

How do your sizes run?
Most apparel is true to size, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Will the colors look the same in person?
We do our best to match screen colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
How do I care for my apparel?
Wash inside out

Do not iron directly on the design
Are your tumblers and mugs BPA-free?
Yes — all drinkware is BPA-free and safe for daily use.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, add a note during checkout and we’ll include a personalized message or gift wrap when available.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
